I can't seem to locate the screenshot you have sent. I am also not seeing issues when hitting 'edit profile' on the user profile page. Is this the button you are hitting when you encounter these issues?

Where are you seeing a link beginning with 'cms'? This is an error. To get to where you're trying to go remove the 'cms' from the beginning of the URL.
In answer to your question, if you go to Analysis > ETF Screener in our nav, you will arrive at the ETF tool.
