Thank you for your comment. We expanded the mobile team and built a plan to improve things. We invested a lot of time in mobile app and web to stabilize the framework so that it won't be so buggy. One of the main goals of 2019 is to improve mobile significantly(!),

The new mobile web was recreated from scratch and was already released to 10% of the users. Soon it will be released to all users.
