No, I’ll lose all my portfolio lists! How to prevent this on an iPad?

In order to sign out or update my portfolio to get it working, I may have to delete data first thereby losing my three portfolios and all my listed stocks! Is there a way that I can print out each Portfolio’s listed stocks first?
