ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER BROKEN SYSTEM.  MUTUAL FUNDS ARE NOT SHOWING ANY % GAINS OR LOSSES FOR YESTERDAY.   THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 7 DAYS IN A ROW.  IS THIS STILL AN OPEN ISSUE, OR DO I HAVE TO START A NEW ONE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM?

THIS IS NOT A TIMING ISSUE.  IT IS 9:10AM and MUTUAL FUNDS SHOW NO ACTIVITY YESTERDAY.  OBVIOUSLY THIS IS AN ERROR THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A WEEK.

THE ISSUE IS STILL PRESENT AND IT HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE LAST MONDAY.

This is not completed-- it is still not working. Please ask a smarter tech to look into this. I do not need to be told how to do this. It has worked for years and stopped a week ago. Telling me it is fixed when it isn't does not help.

Shubham--  it still isn't working correctly.

NOT FIXED>  I have been doing what you suggest all week and it is not working for mutual funds.  I just tried it again and it STILL DOES NOT WORK.  

  

If your system stopped working correctly for mutual funds, I have to wonder what else is not working correctly.

I have a small portfolio just to track mutual funds.  Their values are updated at night,  This week without any after hours results, the mutual funds show no changes.   What was changed and why can't it be backed out?

  

Your change management is worthless.  Too often something gets changed and there are major problems in other areas.   

This feature stopped working a couple days ago.  

Time to figure out what change was made and back it out.
