Just found a work around. Clicking the 500 then clicking the X above it allows me to make the change.

Still the same. Even deleted the portfolio. After adding just 1 security I still get a grayed out Select Box dialog for Edit Lot, Add lot, Delete lot options.

Same for me on iPhone 11.  Some securities I can and most I can’t modify the number of shares I am holding.
