Looks like there's an issue of selecting "no disclosure" when you have text in the additional disclosure field. Can you select the "I have no positions" option?

Can you be more specific? Do you just want to copy and paste it? 

It seems that having text in the additional information box and selecting "no disclosure" is an issue. Can you select the option instead?
