What do ‘dgr 3yr’ and ‘dgr 5yr’ mean

when I try to calculate the 3 and 5 DGR, using a dividend growth calculator, it never agrees with Alpha’s calculation. How does Alpha calculate 3and 5 DGR. Thanks
