they are coming in about 8-10 seconds apart. 

Just the notifications from the app are being sent twice. Email and market closed only once. Thanks for looking at this. 

I am receiving double notifications on my galaxy s9 android v9.0 as well. My tablet v7 does not have this problem. Seeking Alpha v 4.19.8
