Same experience from a yahoo.com user. 

I get this message; "We have stopped sending emails to dmrosy@yahoo.com due to an error received from your email provider. To turn your emails back on, please click here. (To update your email address, click here).  I get this all the time."

I did click to turn them back on  but I'm still getting the message
