This problem started several months ago. For articles I have read, the new comments are no longer being marked with the red box. I have previously reported the problem, but nothing was done. I am wondering if I could close my account and open a new one
New comments are no longer being marked with the red box. This makes it very difficult to find the new comments in an article I have previously read.
