I can confirm - same here, catalina 10.15.1, safari 13.0.3
It was fine for a few days, started again today
definitely related to ads: only the help&support pages function correctly
emptied cache, deleted all cookies, restarted safari: it is still happening! problem NOT SOLVED!!
same here, happens on any seekingalpha page which has content reloading
on safari 13.0.3 under mac os catalina
haven't been able to see seekingalpha on safari since yesterday or the day before. loading error every few seconds, so every time the content reloads automatically. no problem on other browsers, but not an acceptable solution for someone who only uses safari.
