Although when I did a virus scan in Windows using Avast Antivirus it didn't find anything, when I did a boot scan I found multiple instances of JS:Downloader-FHY[Trj] that had installed itself in my user appdata. So I wouldn't use SA website for awhile.

   After I posted about this problem of getting a virus warning from Avast Antivirus when using the SA website, It now seems to have stopped as I have been using the SA website for about the last two hours and I haven't gotten any more virus warnings so hopefully the problem has been solved.
