same issue here. started yesterday(wednesday). W10 on firefox.

updated between browser visits today, making 3 in 3 weeks.

In the ensuing hours my RSS feed updated- after posting that the feed had not updated in a week i return 9 hours later to find it updated. so that is all of 3x in 3 weeks. 

3 weeks and only updated 2x. Has not updated in about a week.

Still issues with RSS feed not updating.  I think it has updated twice in 3 weeks,

Over a week ago the rss feed for articles stopped updating on MyYahoo homepage, after several days to a week it updated once and then has not updated since. I use a desktop.

My RSS feed stopped updating over a week ago, it then updated once and stopped updating again.

I get the feed on My Yahoo using a desktop.

FYI, i get it on a desktop, running windows 10 and using firefox.

I reported similar  problem yesterday. I have found that if you go to your profile page(scroll all the way back to the top, click on your avatar, click on profile, you can get the drop down that takes you to the next article).  I am using a chrome based little known browser that has not had problems in years and last update was a week ago but the problem started in the last day or 2.  Also, the notification bell/button is not floating like it was...
