Notifications on Pixel
Not receiving notifications anymore for about two weeks on my Pixel. Uninstalled and reinstalled hasn't fixed anything.

Dear User, this problem may be caused by internal notification issue on Pixel. You can try to check settings on Battery Optimization. From our side we are working on finding the roots of this problem. Thank you for your patience.
I selected Do Not Optimise under Battery Optimisation for Seeking Alpha and the problem persists. It has been weeks already; this is quite disappointing.
Found a workaround but it's not great. If you access Seeking Alpha in Chrome, it should ask you notification permissions. If you accept, the notifications will work but they will be in Chrome only, and won't open in the App by default.

Android settings are set to: Notifications = 'on for all apps' and... Battery saver = 'off'

This somewhat works. Disabling Battery Optimization on Pixel for seeking alpha app allows for notifications to populate. However, you actually don't receive notifications- you have to manually check.
