New follower email

Hi,

I am trying to set up a text for new followers. However, the "New Follower Email" form won't let me edit. I just see an inactive Dear (User Nickname), and cannot edit that. Tried it from a MacBook Pro with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Can anyone help with that issue?
