Premium Service Results

I have seen so many advertisements and promotions for the paid research on SA.  I have subscribed to a few, albeit with a free trial.  If SA really wants to provide the most valuable service for its readers, take a page from the Hulbert Financial Digest.  Require premium services to provide their official selections to SA editors.  SA can then use a standard policy for determining trade prices and track the results for their readers.  This would do the great service of having all premium authors play on a level field and providing real performance information to the potential subscribers.  Isn't transparency the best policy?

Thanks for the message, Roger. That's a good idea. Getting performance tracking right is challenging, so we haven't done it in the past, but it's an interest of ours and I appreciate you sharing that.

I would be happy to help come up with a fair methodology and have some ideas along those lines.  I truly believe that it would benefit all readers of SA but potentially not all of the authors.
