How long does it take for your website to reflect ticker changes?

For example this week, EMIH turned into ESEB, HYIH turned into ESHY, IGIH changed to ESCR.
None of the changes are reflected on Seekingalpha.

For example, on your website ESCR refers to "Escalera Resources Co.", a company that is now bankrupt (and whose ticker prior to bankruptcy was ESCRQ).

How would you rate the customer service you received?
