Unable to signup for Premium access

can someone please help with the following

I signed up for a Premium access trial using PayPal, all went OK

However when I try to access any premium content it states ' I need to sign up' however I have already signed up.

So basically I am unable to access the content for which I signed up for.

Any suggestions please
