Can't get to subscription

This is the second time that this has occurred! You have sent me four emails telling me that I can log into Bill Gunderson's Best Stocks Now! subscription. I click the link login page where I then click on the S/A link. Yikes! is what I get. Monday, your support said that it would be fixed within the hour. NOT!
