JP Morgan bug

When I access JPM from my portfolio, I get a  chart and that's all. I also get  frozen screen which prevent me from even backtracking. I have to close my connection to SA.  Dropping it and adding it again to portfolio doe not work. Quitting the browser does not work. This is now the second day that JPM has frozen my access to SA
