Can't read subscribed author's article
I subscribed to data driven investor but despite signing out and back in, I can't access article.
How would you rate the customer service you received?

Please find the response from our subscription team.
"Hi Kushal, I logged in as the user and was able to open that exact article. She doesn’t have Premium but since she’s signed up to Andres Cardenal’s service she has access to everything he publishes. You can just suggest her to log out and log back in again, using this link www.seekingalpha.com/clean and that should fix it."
