Portfolio pages not loading right-computer

When I click on portfolio and scroll to specific portfolio and click on that, the webpage loads a summary page of all portfolios.  Then, I have to click again on a specific portfolio to load its webpage with tickers, etc.  

This is not logical and previously it worked by simply loading the specific portfolio that I clicked on with tickers, etc.
