Login failed too often

I tried to get a new password but did not receive a password reset e-Mail. I inserted the account@SeekingAlpha.com Mail to my Adresse book and now hope I can receive the new password. But now I cannot ask for. A new password since I had too many attempts. How do I beta new password now?
