Can't find GLDG ticker

Hi,

Wondering why I can't find and add GLDG to my portfolio?

It used to be listed as GLDLF but was changed its ticker about a week ago to GLDG.

Yahoo and Google both work with it, but not SA.

Any ideas as to why?

How would you rate the customer service you received?
