Header and Footer load properly. Body text is shifted and cropped on the left side. Just started today. Problem does not exist on Android devices.

Hi again, thank you examples and screenshots/

The issues is reproducible now on OS 12.4 only, so if you have a possibility to upgrade your device to never version, the issue should be fixed.
In a meanwhile we are working on the fix.

You are correct that I am on iOS 12.4.8 which brings me current to July 2020 in updates and cannot be updated further. iOS 13 only started 13 months ago so a suggestion to buy a newer tablet is somewhat diminished by my acquisition of a new Android device.

Appreciate your efforts to support legacy products as it seems there are others registering complaints here of this same issue. All other media I view/use on this iPad does not have this formatting issue.
