Adds blocking ticker names

Recent changes seems to have changed the way the My Portfolio is displaying. 

At the moment tickers with longer names like cmre.pc are not showing the full ticker name due to the screen being compressed.  I do see a Get Premium to unlock bla bla advertizement on the right side of the table though.

Is this the cause of the tickers not fulling showing?

For users with multiple preferred stocks this must be frustrating.

I tested in Firefox and Chrome with large screens and got the same issue
