Comment not posting - rejected?

If you are not posting my comment because it was rejected by SA moderators it would be helpful to have some feedback on why it was rejected.  Are SA authors controlling the comments that post or is SA moderators reviewing the comments?  My comment was critical if the SA author's track record of rating calls,   I feel it was a legitimate comment.
