editors

Is there any way to contact editors outside of the comment you can put in the submission form?  I'm doing a short article that is understandably controversial and want to provide evidence, citations, court cases - not in the article but to the editor.    I'm looking for the chief editor or Jeffrey Fischer who edited my article.
