How do I upload my ID again?

As a pseudonymous writer and a resident outside the USA, I was asked to confirm my identity with an photo of my ID when I applied as a contributor, so I uploaded a photo of my passport. I recently wrote a blog article and attempted to publish it here, however I was emailed and SA informed me they could not publish my article as they claimed I hadn't uploaded my ID, but they did not send a link for an upload. Does anyone know how I can upload it again?
