Duplicate profile???

You have two(2) profiles under my original name that I used.  This acct now, is yet a 3rd profile that your site created for me when I tried to reset my password.   What's going on????

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Your reply hasn't helped.   I still have two profiles under my original business account.  I'll call your customer service tomorrow.  They can look at it and help me with the issue.  I'm not going to leave personal information here, as to my duplicate profile issue.  This profile that I'm writing you from, isn't the problem profile.  I thought you'd be able to tell me what to do, in general, if you find duplicate profiles.  But it appears that more communication and information is needed for you to fix this, and I'm not going to publicly post all my information for you.
