Performance doesn't work for Preferred stock: PBI.PB

I am reviewing preferred stock PBI.PB.  It has had a tough time over the last few years, but has recovered from around 15 to over 21 in the last 6 months.  HOwever, when i go to Momentum and Performance, it doesn't show that type of progress.  It shows a negative -9% even though price has gone from approx 15 to over 21.  I am wondering if all preferreds are wrong?
