Having a problem. Every time I click on a news article on the stock that’s on one of my lists the screen goes black cannot access any articles. Please advise with any solutions

I believe SA is a scam. I paid the yearly subscription 3 days ago and still no acces. Beware !

i am also having this same problem with my android app on my tablet.

this has been on going for over a week. 

Anynsuggestions on how to correct?
