News feed for only about one hour needs fixed

You need to be more responsive to problems. When there is a problem with the APP there needs to be a way to report it and get a quick response. But thank you for fixing it.
Add a comment about quality of support you received (optional):
The 'Latest News' just shows recent articles (perhaps last hour or so) and then as you scroll down to find earlier articles it just cycles around to the most current articles again and again so nothing older than a hour is visible. This occurs on both desktop and mobile access.
