I'm unsubscribed from Must Reads in my account, but I keep receiving these emails.

For months I've enjoyed Macroview email updates and I would like to keep receiving them. Randomly, a few weeks ago, I started received Must Reads. I don't want these and don't like them. I went to my account settings, where I noticed that I'm not subscribed to Must Reads, I'm only subscribed to MacroView, as I wish. Must Reads keep coming in. I "subscribed" to Must Reads, then "unsubscribed", in my account, to reset it. No luck. They keep coming in, even though my setting is and always has been "unsubscribed". I tried unsubscribing from Macroview and re-subscribing, but I'm out of ideas. How do I fix this?? Please help!
