The email account is the same as the one receiving the emails. I received another email today entitled "pre-market summary on your portfolio JD Total". I sent it to my spam folder.

It is the correct email. As some other users noticed, the issue is that every time a new stock is followed, you are resubscribed to the email. This should not be happening.
Me too, I have the same problem and it pisses me off.
