My Portfolio: how to dowload the "Up/downgrade" of my stocks?

An important view for me is the up/downgrade of my stocks in my portfolio.

How can I sort this? or how to download in Excel e. g.?

Target: to see quick which stocks are in "very bullish" grade or in "bearish"?
