Subscribed to Annual Premium Subscription on iPhone but can not access subscription on PC

I subscribed to Seeking Alpha on my iPhone paid for it on iTunes and can read it there.  Can not read the Subscription on my PC.  Is there a Human I can call for help?

Log in with exactly the same email and mechanism on the PC that you logged in with on the app.   For example, if you logged in with Apple on the app, then login with Apple on the PC.  If you chose to login with Apple and hide your email on the app, do the same on the PC, so we can find your subscription.
