News TIME Stamp Not Synced with Comments Posted Time.

I am from South Korea, and I noticed that

my Comments/Replies Posted on News Post

are being dated with User's Local Win10 Default Time(or IP Based Regional Time),

this causes big confusion when reading Comments. 

While your News Post is Dated/Marked with USA EST Time

the comments posted times are Dated by the Users' Local Time. 

Please set the Default Time of Comment the same as US EST TIme.
