I requested a refund for the yearly charge and change subscription to monthly bases. I haven't seen any changes made on my credit card account. And now I see that a 25% discount was offered. Beside it is very misleading to put an automated telephone number on the credit card charge. There is nobody to tashartly.lk to.
I would appreciate id somebody really answer via email not only just put a note that I will be contacted shortly.
