Signed up for Market Pinball Wizard but have not gotten an response

I signed up on Monday (3/1/21) for the 14 day free trial and inputted my payment method.  I have not gotten any response as of yet.  When can I expect access to the free trial?  I am afraid that I will lose my free 14 days and then get charged before I can even evaluate the service in the free trial period.
