IMPORTHTML

Is there a reason why I cannot use the IMPORTHTML function on the earnings page using the Google Spreadsheet syntax: 

=importhtml("https://seekingalpha.com/earnings/earnings-calendar","table",1)

I used to be able to do this. Now I am getting the Error message:

"Could not fetch url: https://seekingalpha.com/earnings/earnings-calendar"

Even I would like to use IMPORTHTML. It can automate some number crunching for me. I hope SA developers see the need for subscribers to be able to do this.
