Ratings missing way too often

When I log on in the morning, either all of or a major part of the ratings for my portfolio are missing (greyed out). This has now happened perhaps 3/10 times over the past 2-3 weeks and it is unsatisfactory. This affects both web and Android app

Why is it happening, what are you doing about it and when can we expect to have it fixed ?
