using iPad MD513 iOS 10.3.3 - SA was working fine with Safari a couple of days ago!

The SA application won't install or work on my iPad MD513 iOS 10.3.3.

I have been using Safari to access  https://seekingalpha.com for many years, a couple of days ago, the page start to load then STOP!

Can you help ?
