Links do not open!

On my desktop Mac (Big Sure v11.3 using Safari v14.1), I've had several experiences recently where attempts to open links result in the "Yikes" screen attached. Today it's the case for ALL SA links. (Before you ask, yes, I've dumped the cookies.)
