Comment submitted for review?

When I submit comments, it says "my comment is being reviewed by a moderator and will be posted shortly if it is approved". I'm not sure if this is the section for questions, but how long do I have to wait for this delay on commenting is removed or is it permanent? as I didn't have this restriction before.
