website having serious issues ...
Here is an email (see blow) that I sent to the tech-issues@seekingalpha.com email addy this morning, but I have a feeling from the response I got it is no longer being used.
Best regards,
Mike

Hi,
I've
been having significant problems over the past few days accessing
articles - the site goes to a blank page and just spins and spins and
never resolves.
Today,
I can't even get certain buttons to work on my "contributor center"
page, including the "forum" button, which I clicked to leave this bug
message but nothing happens.
Indeed, even on my homepage:

clicking
on the "contributor center" button gets no response. Yet the
"contributor center" button on the SA homepage does work. That being the
case, I am having to navigate the site by typing in the addresses.
Note
I reported a bug months (years ago) that all the common buttons on all
the various pages didn't work ... like the sign-out button from the menu
on my "contributor center" webpage ... that hasn't worked in over a
year, and no progress on those bugs in months and months ... and many
others said they saw the same bugs I reported, so it wasn't just on my
end. Btw, the comment handling is still a mess in my opinion, but I also
reported that many months (a year maybe?) and those issues have never
been addressed either. Currently, the comments aren't my biggest concern
... I would just like to be able to navigate the website again.
Something
happened a few days ago on the site, and it seems to be getting worse
day-by-day. Let me know if I can help on my end. From a previous post in
the forum, this is happening to other folks as well.
I
am working on a Windows 7 Home Premium desktop using a Firefox browser
(latest version). I haven't check to see if the problems exist on my
Mac, but considering I use a Firefox browser on her as well, I bet the
chances are good it does. If you need me to check, let me know. Thanks!
Best regards,
Mike
