Connection Errors

Cannot contact SA support, subscribe, etc.

I've seen banners for the "Summer Sale" for weeks, but the link to subscribe never works. The "Contact Support" link also does not work. Posting here as an attempt to contact SA. If others have the same problems, the sale offer may be getting few takers. The question is: how do I sign up?

Addendum: trying to post this, I get a "connection error"!
