Cant find my account email yet getting charged every month, random billing days, no customer support which this isnt. clearly worth maybe $2 one time.

I didn't think my account was even being charged since my email never worked and been at my article limit like since forever, but I guess I've been getting charged for 5 months. Then I try to contact someone about it only to find no number just this which looks like people just gave up on, or working as intended. I need a refund because the fact that your charging 29.99 and billing on random days is just wow. If your charging that much you can have a phone number not this and it doesn't even look like you check this, how many unanswered questions are there? This kind of response is why you don't have one of these
