I am writing this post to explain my case for the latest OEG article to be taken down and to express my and other investors' dissappointment in seekingalpha for it's constant bearish publications.

The latest article about OEG has a sloppy information at best with many false key points without any justification. The author didn't even bother going through the methods he used to come up with his 1.20 price target which is less then %30 of current OEG stock price.

Many of the key points have been debunked in the comments section however I will go through some for this inquiry:

First one is the downgrades mentioned in the article. No analyst have downgraded oeg from either buy to hold or hold to sell. B. Riley made a change in the price target from 7 to 6 which still indicates an almost %100 increase from where it is now.

Second one is about  the author's reference to earnings call for cash on hand. The cash on hand given in the earnings call was only for the month June. Since then the company went through an offering at 3.65 so the cash on hand is significantly higher.

Third, the report apparently tries hard to cherry pick information and disregard bullish recent events such as 11.20 pt given recently by an analyst or increase in institutional ownership although the author claims to be a value investor.

4th, It's been nothing but constant stream of bearish articles by seekinalpha and it's several contributors. The last two articles are especially problematic. I have already stated some of the problems with  the latest article but the one prior to this one also had the same problem of not justifying a pt. objectively. In the said article the author used his own cas flow predictions for next 5 years for a rapidly growing company to come up with the discounted cash flow of OEG which just increased revenues %60-%100 and back log more than %1000. As we all know discounted cashflow analyses biggest limitation is with growth stocks and the said article used it in a way where he did not even justify his estimates to come up with his projecions.

Finally,  constant bombardment of bearish articles we got since February indicate that seeking alpha is not being objective and is not following it's publication policies of "not using false data or information"  as long as the articles in question are bearish. And this does nothing but to disappoint us as we investors and readers see seekingalpha not following it's own policies and we loose our trust in the process. For this reason we demand the latest article to be taken down and kindly suggest seekingalpha to be more carefull at following it's publication policies regards to articles on this ticker.

Sincerely,
