I like to occasionally forward an article to my son in law, who doesn't have a subscription. Is he entitled to read a certain number of free articles from me each month?

A Paywall was introduced a while back which allows only a few articles per non -premium user which has been the case here( please see 'Articles You've Read' section on main page that gives a tab on the articles one has read and how many as well ).
